Blanche Housing project involves the creation of thirteen housing units, referred to as ‘oasis’ premises that are situated within the block and connected to a shared garden. These premises will be reserved for the future inhabitants of the project. Additionally, there will be a large, covered space designated for soft mobility. The project has ambitious goals in various aspects related to the climate transition.
The superstructure is made entirely of wood, with the exception of the concrete core.
The superstructure is a mixed structure with CLT common walls, a concrete core and a glulam post and beam on which CLT slabs are supported.
