Lot 8b consists of four buildings with a mixed structure, featuring CLT floors on metal beams and load-bearing façades. The façade is a post-and-beam structure enclosed within prefabricated wooden modules (MOB). However, bracing is ensured by concrete cores to meet the seismic requirements of the region.
