The new “Saint-Martin College” will be fully built in CLT or glued-laminated timber on 4 levels (R+3). The Main structure is composed of beams and columns + CLT floor. The project includes a large sports hall and many classroom articulated around a central atrium. With as much visible wood as possible inside the building, this new school aims to be warm and more pleasant, allowing a peaceful learning environment for its future students.
