This project is carried out as part of the creation of a green centre in the town of Coulanges-les-Nevers. The project will revitalise the town centre by creating a wooden market hall to house a local farmers’ market.
A 2-slope roof has been designed for the market hall. The structure will be made entirely of solid wood, sourced from local sawmills in the region, with a view to promoting circularity.
In order to achieve greater inertia for the posts, beams and roof purlins, these will be made from recomposed sections.
The installation of sliding doors will allow for the closure of half of the hall, extending the activities within an interior climate.
