A new nursery and primary school linked to an outpatient rehabilitation center for young people with autism spectrum disorders.
The project is comprised of two above-ground levels and a basement section. The U-shaped configuration of the building allows for the creation of a central courtyard. The compact geometry is designed to meet the specific needs of pupils with autism spectrum disorders, the proposed program, and the size of the site.
The gable roofs provide an aesthetically pleasing visual break, allowing natural light to filter through and creating high-quality interior spaces. The timber structure provides not only stability but also ensures respectful and sustainable integration with the surrounding neighborhood.
