The project, located in the village of Godinne, includes 8 housing units distributed among 5 houses. The project combines contemporary architecture with excellent energy performance, emphasizing the use of wooden materials. The structure of the project was designed in close collaboration with O’Wood (playing the dual role of both the contractor and the client) and the architects A2 Architects.
The concrete raft ensures contact with the ground and supports the ground floor gardens, partially buried in masonry and prefabricated concrete slab. Above, the R+1 floors are constructed with CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) and a wooden framework for the roof.
