This involves the construction of a training center for sustainable construction comprising administrative offices, training rooms, a 200-seat auditorium, a demonstration space, various workshops dedicated respectively to the envelope, storage, micro-cogeneration, biomass, sheathing and dual-flow ventilation as well as two regulation lab workshops.
The building has a primary concrete frame. The structure of the roof is glued laminated and prefabricated wooden boxes are placed on it. The facades are made of prefabricated wooden walls. The particularity of the walls here is that they are prefabricated in CLT solid panels insulated in the workshop via a secondary framework.
