Renovation of a building dating from 1972 initially designed as a bank to be used as a seat for the Mons-Quevy police area. Punctual interventions on the structure, in particular for the development of a new stairwell and a new elevator.
The new holding cells in the existing basement are built with prefabricated concrete wall elements and assembled on site. The new facade brought back to the building is composed of prefabricated wooden panels with white zinc cover.
