Housing building project in the center of Namur. Building in solid CLT back-glue panels.
A geometric complexity linked to the location of the property in a neighborhood made of a small winding street and the nesting of a concrete and steel entrance porch. The choice of the wood is a variant of the company. The challenge is therefore to adapt the project to a solid wood structure by respecting the objectives of the architectural plans and the execution schedule. The solid back-necked panels must be prefabricated and factories before arriving on the construction site.
