Timber Engineering
This project consists of 50 social housing units in the area around Avenue d’Homborchveld in Uccle (Brussels).
It includes the construction of studios, terraced houses, 3-façades houses and a courtyard.
All these buildings are entirely made of CLT on two or three levels.
As part of this project, Ney & Partners WOW carried out the entire stability study in execution, including the study and design of assemblies. The office also carried out the project drawing mission. It integrated all the technical reservations and recesses in the 3D drawings, and produced all the fabrication plans.
